Perfect 1 Hour Photo, Inc. began back in 1994.  In 2006 the owner put Perfect 1 Hour Photo up for sale.  That’s when Paul and Cheryl Mayol decided to enter the digital imaging world. 

Back in 1994, most labs in the market place were based on the premise: Give the customers more value and better service than anyone else in the market.  The biggest problem was that the various processing labs that Paul and Cheryl used thoughout the years did not share the same high standards of customer service that they wished for. 

So, in July of 2008 we changed our name from Perfect 1 Hour Photo, Inc. to Picturesque.  We wanted our image to match from the inside out.  Picturesque was created to fill the void in the specialized market of Photo Boutiques. 

Since it’s inception, Picturesque intentionally has remained a small high-volume lab and has taken advantage of the technology changes to increase quality, offer better customer service and creative ideas of digital imaging. 

We are very excited about the future of photography and would like to share that with you.
